Mitch's March Against Meth first annual event was a huge success!
Over 400 people attended, many walked the 3.8 mile route with T-shirts and signs to raise awareness in our community about the dangers of meth use. It was a perfect 83 degrees in Loveland in March!! We would like to recognize all of the sponsors of this first year's event and thank you for your contribution that enabled this event to be so successful. Many loved ones of those lost to meth had an opportunity to remember and honor them.
We were blessed to have many recovering individuals attend and many concerned community members who just wanted to make a difference.
Thank you again for your contributions. God bless you.
Memory / Honor Board
You may bring photos or write a message of remembrance in honor of those lost to meth on our Memory Board or write a message/post a photo of any recovering from this devastating drug. We will have a balloon release right before the March. Mitch's March Bracelets will also be available for a small donation.
Mitch's March is being organized by CLEAR volunteers (Coalition of Loveland for Education, Awareness and Resources in the fight against meth).
If you are interested in volunteering for this event or becoming a sponsor, please contact John Giroux 970-962-4061 or Cindy Gray at 970-219-5025.
